- Full-time real estate broker.
- GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute.
- Tennessee Certified Real Estate Instructor.
- Teaching real estate since 1994.
- Expertise - Millions of dollars in residential sales.
- Moved to the Memphis area in 1980 from Kansas City after 7 moves in
10 years. Firsthand knowledge of buying and relocation process.

- Licensed since 1985.
- Life member of the Crye-Leike Multi Million Dollar Club.
- Managing Broker of Crye-Leike Cordova office. Responsible for sales
performance of 85 associates. Achieved 28% increase in sales in 2004.
Recruit and train new associates.
- Instructor for Crye-Leike College. Teach "A Business Plan for
Success" and "Handling Objections" courses.
- Graduated Rhodes College in 1968 with a B.A. in Business Administration
and Economics.
- GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute.
- CRS - Certified Residential Specialist.

Carol Williams
Training Director, Crye-Leike
- Licensed since 1977 and received Broker's license in 1986.
- Life member of the Crye-Leike Multi Million Dollar Club.
- Active in the local, state and national Association of Realtors.
- Past member of Education Foundation of Memphis Area Association of Realtors.
- Current member of the Education Committee of the National Association of Realtors.
- Served for 8 years on the TN Forms Committee. Chair of TN Forms Committee in 2005.
- First Director of Success Real Estate School, when it opened in 1992. Began teaching again at the school in 2004.
- Training Director for Crye-Leike, Realtors since 1989.
