Nan Rountree, the original selling ninja, has had a career in sales since the mid-70s. She joined the real estate industry in 2013 and joined Crye-Leike Collierville in 2014.

Since 2013 Nan has:

• Honored to receive Crye-Leike's Circle of Excellence award, earning Vice President status
• Received the Life Member award for Memphis Area Realtors Association Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC) - requires a production in excess of $3,000,000 in one year, 5 years in a row Received the Life Member award for Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC) for Crye-Leike, Inc. REALTORS
• Earned CRS designation - Certified Residential Specialist. 
• Earned ABR designation - Accredited Buyer Representative provides the expertise in our tight market to make sure our clients win the home of their choice, even in a bidding environment.
• Earned SRS designation - Seller Representative Specialist indicates she has the knowledge and skill to have listings truly stand out from the crowd using marketing strategies and the latest technology
• Earned RENE designation - Real Estate Negotiating Expert speaks for itself by confirming she has the skills to negotiate in both buying and selling transactions.
• Earned LRE designation - Leading Relocation Specialist confirms she has the knowledge necessary to serve clients moving to the area during one of the most stressful times in their life.

Devon R. Murphy, the professional extravert. Since joining the business in 2020 - Dove head first into the real estate industry and learned how to not only be in tune to client's needs, but how quickly priorities change, especially during a pandemic!

She has a long history in client serving roles

• Her career took off after being recruited by the local bank president while waiting tables during college
• From part-time bank teller all the way to universal banker
• From corporate communications to managing the entire retail bank's communications
• After helping her mom with various projects and tasks throughout her real estate career, she finally joined forces with her mom after seeing her true love and passion for serving her clients

She is a graduate from The University of Tennessee at Martin
