30-Hour New Affiliates Course
Effective January 1, 2005 - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission mandates that
after you have completed the 60-hour pre-licensing real estate course you must complete
the 30-hour new affiliates course, before applying for your
TN real estate license.
You can take the state exam after taking the 60-hour course. The 30 hour course
is required for a TN real estate license but not to site for the exam.

Memphis Class Schedule:
Day classes are held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for 2 weeks.
Weekend classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM for 2 weeks.
