Real Estate License Course Description:

This 60-hour real estate course fulfills the State of Tennessee's pre-licensing course requirement. Once you complete this course, you are eligible to sit for the state real estate exam.This comprehensive course covers the basic fundamentals of the real estate business. You will be taught in a professionally equipped learning center. A staff of experienced real estate professionals will prepare you for the exam with "test-like" questions.

Course Essentials:

• You will be given three tests during the course. These include a midterm, a state law and a final.
• It is very important to study the glossary terms at the back of the book.

Upon Completion of the 60-Hour TN Real Estate Course:

• Upon successful completion of the course you are eligible to sit for the TN real estate license exam and you will be given a certificate and letter of completion to take to the PSI Testing Center. Click here for information on taking the TN real estate license exam.

Memphis Class Schedule:

Day classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for 5 weeks.
Night classes are held on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for 10 weeks.

Alternative Distance Learning Format:

We understand, that for some students, attending 60 hours of real estate education classes during the day or evening is just not possible. Therefore we have developed a distance learning presentation for students who would prefer to home school themselves. This course is available as a distance-learning course.
