TN Real Estate Course Description:
This course explores the essentials of risk management that every sales
professional must know to avoid legal problems and give their clients
the best service possible. It provides an action plan for minimizing
liability and helps professionals establish procedures for education,
risk shifting, risk anticipation, and risk control.
In the online format students can review lessons at their own pace. There are up to five
different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional
graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material. |
