Class Topics

Covers the basics of ownership, transfer and use of property, real estate law, finance, contacts, and other required topics. Qualifies passing students to take the state licensing exam.

This comprehensive course covers the basic fundamentals of the real estate business. You will be taught in a professionally equipped learning center. A staff of experienced real estate professionals will help prepare you for the exam with first hand knowledge and test like questions.

Registration price includes all materials, including course textbook. We guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail, you may retake the course for free. Must have at least 10 people signed up to hold the class otherwise we will contact you to reschedule.

Completion of the Pre-Licensing Real Estate Course

Upon successful completion of the course, you are eligible to sit for the state real estate license exam.
