Real Estate License Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully complete state approved 75 hour pre-licensing real estate class.
- Submit proper forms and fees to the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
- Pass the licensure examination.
- Provide a Georgia Crime Information Report.
- Complete 25-hour post-license course within 1 year of receiving license.

Finance & Settlement
Broker License Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- Active agent for at least 3 years.
- Successfully complete 60-hour broker pre-licensing class.
- Pass the state licensing exam.

Complete at least 36 hours of approved continuing education course work during each four year renewal period.
